Dear Friends and Members of St. Peter’s,
Tomorrow as we with our families and friends sit down for Thanksgiving Meal, let us acknowledge all the blessings God has abundantly showered upon us this past year. I thank God for all of you, my church family, for your love for Susan and me, and for your support of our beloved church and its ministries in Phoenixville and beyond.
Please know and be happy that our church has helped at least 150 or so families to have food on their tables this Thanksgiving. Please know that our support of Cristosal Foundation in El Salvador is helping them save displaced families from violence and human trafficking. Please know that we have raised funds for Episcopal Relief and Development in their efforts to help victims of recent hurricanes.
Please know that you are God’s beloved. God is grateful for you, for who you are, for the kindness you do, for the generosity, you lavish on others, for the myriad ways you embody God’s love, for your time, talents and treasure for the church. This is cause for rejoicing and thanksgiving.
Please know that we are well on our way to reach our Stewardship Goal for 2018. Thank you. With all those who haven’t yet pledged making their pledges soon, we will be able to fully support our family ministries and programs. Let us continue to be faithful in partnering with God in God’s mission in our church and through our church in Phoenixville and beyond.
