Beautification Walkers will meet in the parking lot of Saint Peter’s Church where we will divide into groups and, as teams with a mapped walk, embark on one of several specific routes to spend some time cleaning up our town. Each group will be given bags for picking up recycled materials and bags for standard refuse. Groups will return to the church parking lot at 3:30 PM to drop off what has been collected. Those who participate are asked to wear a green shirt, bring gloves as well a water bottle to keep hydrated. Thank you for your involvement in this effort which proves that together we can make Phoenixville Better! It is our hope that this will be the start of many clean-up efforts that the group will engage in and that it will inspire others to lend a hand in cleaning up around town every day.
