Cookie Exchange & Greening Of The Church This Sunday!

Our annual cookie exchange will be held prior to the Greening of the Church this Sunday, December 22nd.  All are invited to participate.  Bake several dozens of your favorite cookies and trade them for other delicious cookies.  How are they exchanged?  For example, if you bake three dozen cookies, you take home three dozen assorted cookies.  All are guaranteed to delight your families and friends! Plan to join the festivities and fellowship as we decorate the church for the Christmas Season following the 10:00 a.m. service on December 22nd. St. Peter’s has teamed up with the Phoenixville Jaycees to raise money for the Pantry with every purchase of a Christmas Tree from Fran’s Firs. Simply present this  Tree coupon when purchasing a tree and they will donate $5 to the food pantry.   Fran’s Firs are sold in the Giant Shopping Center at 700 Nutt Road, M-F 11am to 10pm and Saturday & Sunday from 8am until 10pm. Thanks for helping us support the food pantry at St. Peter’s!

The contents included in the capsule for future generations to enjoy include pictures of our church in its present state, newspapers marking major events in history and other items of the times. Annual Citrus Sale Going On Now!

The citrus sale is back by popular demand for its 5th year! This fundraising effort helps defray the cost to the El Salvador missioners while delivering tasty produce around the holidays to customers.  Orders are being taken now for 20 [$27] or 40 [$40] pound boxes of Oranges and Grapefruits. Bring Your Pet & Join Us For A Blessing Of The Animals On Sunday October 6th

The spirit of St. Francis will once again be celebrated at St. Peter’s on the first Sunday in October with a pet blessing directly after the 10:00 a.m. service. Small pets in carriers may attend the service with their families before the blessing.  Pets such as larger dogs may arrive in time for the 11:00 a.m. blessing or remain with a family member outside in the shade during the service.  If your pet is not fond of traveling, feel free to bring a photo for blessing.  Children are welcome to bring a favorite stuffed animal.  Please invite your neighbors and friends!
