The Perkiomen Trail from Synder Road Trailhead to Lower Perkiomen Valley Park. This is an 18 mile walk that will benefit St. Peter’s Food Pantry. This pantry has been helping the food insecure for over 17 years and provides a hot meal every other Saturday as well as fresh vegetables, fruit, dairy, meat and non-perishable food to the community. The Chester County Food Bank helps to fund this pantry, we cannot do it alone. If you would like to walk part of the trail or the entire 18 mile trail, please contact Carolyn Rogers at feldspar_3@msn.com and she will guide you as to what you need to do!
The walk will end at Lower Perkiomen Valley Park around 3:30 p.m. with a small picnic to celebrate Julia’s walk. Please try to come and let me know if you are able to attend.
