9:30 am – Ember Day Clean Up Walk Around Town:
Outdoors and socially distant – Redner’s parking lot in Phoenixville (202 Schuylkill Road, Phoenixville). Please bring work gloves and a water bottle. Bags are provided. All are welcome!
Sunday, October 3:
8:00 a.m. service in person only
10:00 Eucharist – also live streamed on our website

5:15 pm. – Qi Gong in Nature:
Qi means vital breath or life energy. Qi Gong is the art and science of using posture, exercise, breathing, and concentration to gather qi and heal the body and mind. It is the preventative and self-healing aspect of Chinese medicine, which has been widely researched and found to be a powerful complement to Western medicine. Qi Gong includes meditative techniques and dynamic exercises as well as the martial art form, Tai Chi.
