Hello St. Peter’s Members,
Thank you to all who have already forwarded your donation to support Cristosal’s work defending human rights in Central America!
Our presentation via Zoom on June 11th offered a dramatic short 11 minute animated film named La Partida which depicts the plight of many Salvadoran families. It can be found on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xeYDKOcdl3o&t=35s (Caution – this film depicts intense violence unsuitable for young children)
Cristosal has built a program to aid these families in their desperate attempt to avoid threats and persecution by providing safe spaces, medical, psychological and nutritional assistance and resettlement in safe communities.
Our exciting news is that a generous donor has offered to MATCH YOUR DONATION if made before the end of the campaign on Friday July 3rd.
Simply go to the church website at www.saintpeterschurch.net and locate the “Donate” button at the bottom of the home page. You can donate via Paypal or Personal Check. On the second page of Paypal you can “Add a Note”, please mention Cristosal.
If you wish to use a credit card, you can donate directly to Cristosal’s website at Cristosal.org. On the top right of the home page, locate the “Give” button and follow the prompts. Please mention St. Peters in the appropriate space.
