Peace and blessings to you on this blessed Easter morning,
I trust that you and your loved ones have been well, safe and blessed. I continue to thank God for each and everyone of you and i pray for you earnestly, I hope you are doing the same.
My hymn and prayer for you this week is “God be with you till we meet again” by Jeremiah Rankin. The time of gathering brings us together as a community mindful of God’s presence, and the time of sending is our transition to the world where we will respond to God’s call and translate the love of Christ to the world around us.
During this times of the pandemic and unrest, as we all try to find our place, I pray that God will fill you with His Grace, love and wisdom so that you are able to demonstrate, tell and where necessary translate the same to those around you.
Continue to strengthen your home altars by praying together as a family and sharing the word of God. This practice will produce strong individuals.
God be with you till we meet again, By His counsels guide, uphold you,
With His sheep securely fold you, God be with you till we meet again.
God be with you till we meet again, ’Neath His wings protecting hide you,
Daily manna still divide you, God be with you till we meet again.
God be with you till we meet again, When life’s perils thick confound you,
Put His arms unfailing round you, God be with you till we meet again.
God be with you till we meet again, Keep love’s banner floating o’er you,
Smite death’s threatening wave before you, God be with you till we meet again.
