In this time of Covid we’re challenged to reimagine our normal way of life. With spring’s arrival and warmer temperatures, I’ve reestablished our monthly class that I have sorely missed. The focus will remain mindfulness, movement, and meditation, but we’ll meet outdoors to experience first-hand, befriending our bodies, minds, and spirits outdoors. No matter what state we find ourselves in, this class is for all. In a gentle Qigong practice, we’ll learn how to find a firm foundation, better balance, deeper breath, and a new perspective on the world. When breath becomes a prayer, and movement flows from our core, we can improve our energy and our health.
Please meet on the lawn by St. Margaret’s Hall. Wear shoes, or not, and comfortable clothes, no equipment needed. Our practice will be safe, socially-distanced, open to everyone, and free.
I hope you will join our simple, beautiful, meditation in motion. Peace, Amy Atlee
