Obituary

Obituary for Carol C. Russell

Carol C. Russell, age 77, passed away on Tuesday July 12, 2022 at her home in Upper Providence, PA. Born May 10, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Joseph E. Corini of Philadelphia, PA and Mary Evans (Keller) of Orlando, FL.

Carol was born in Orlando, FL and was a graduate of Edgewater High School, Orlando. She was a dedicated volunteer at Montgomery Hospital (later Einstein Hospital) for over twenty five years. She loved her work helping patients and was well liked by her colleagues and patients alike. A love of travel to anywhere on a moment’s notice was one of her joys, especially world travel, Siesta Key, Florida and ocean cruises. As a devoted mother and wife, she was very proud of her children’s character and kindness and educational achievement. Her passion and vigor for all things family and her silly sense of humor will be sorely missed.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 53 years, Gary W. Russell, her beloved five children, Susan M. Russell of Sarasota, FL, Stephanie Sutter of Trappe, PA, Andrew Russell (Kajal Deepak), of Bellevue, WA, John Russell of Pennsburg, PA, and Paul Russell (Jill) of Concord, NC. and seven precious and beloved grandchildren, Gary J. Russell, Brooks Russell, Seamus Sutter, Nathan Russell, Finn Sutter, Patrick Russell and Elizabeth Russell.

A viewing will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022 from 7:00 – 9:00 PM, at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., 610 Main Street, Phoenixville. Friends will be received on Saturday, July 16, 2022 from 10:00 until 10:45 AM at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 121 Church Street, Phoenixville.
